I love the way Rhesa had a professional photographer take pictures of our house. She did a great job staging the house. She has a lot of great connections that can help with repairs. She even paid for one of the small repairs that we needed done. She also returns your phone calls promptly.

Rhesa helped us every step of the way to sell a house. She sets the price as an appraiser would, she looks diligently for qualified buyers, she makes time for every phone call, she follows up with every detail. This is the 3rd house she has been our agent for. If you want the BEST agent for your listing, CALL RHESA!

She wasn't very helpful in the price negotiations. She was very knowledgeable about the market. I had mentioned about the items the seller left behind and didn't get a response. Now we're trying to figure out what to do with these items. At times I got the impression I was bothering her when I texted her.

Rhesa was very quick in responses and made it a priority for us to see the houses we wanted quickly. It always felt like she was fighting for us to get the best!
